About You
I’ve had a passion for music since an early age but did not use my gifts to serve the Lord until many years later. I now play tenor, alto and soprano saxophones, clarinet, and low and high whistles at contemporary and traditional services. I love the blending of different styles and influences, from reading charts to flowing with the Spirit through improvisation. Since most worship music is not arranged for woodwinds, I began writing parts to play. I then began composing worship songs and modern hymns as an offering to God during difficult times in my life, finding solace and comfort in prayers set to music. I continued to write as I was inspired by scripture and my life’s journey, and that led to recording two worship CD’s — Submitted and Restored — through Sonbranch Music. Both feature worship leaders and recording artists from around the country, and they were produced by John Andrew Schreiner. Our artistic vision has been to bridge traditional and contemporary styles of worship music with diverse instrumentation, rich arrangements, and spiritually engaging words to bring peace, comfort and healing to God’s people.
