About You About You

Hi! My name is Stephen Douglas! I’ve been a Christian about 20 years and a worship musician for about 10 years. Outside of music I love sports, fitness, my wife and spending time with friends and family.

Influences Influences

I first got into guitar after my dad stuffed endless amounts of Stephen Curtis Chapman and Michael W Smith down my throat when I was growing up. But I can pretty much find something to like in all styles of music so my influences come from everything.

Experiences (e.g. places played and musical education) Experiences (e.g. places played and musical education)

Churches I’ve played at in the Omaha area include Christ Community Church, King of Kings, Citylight Benson, Reality Church and Gretna Community Church.

Equipment List Equipment List

I typically run an American or Japanese Fender Telecaster into a Fender Princeton. For effects I use a Wampler Ego Compressor, Walrus audio Mayflower and 385 for overdrive, Strymon Timeline for Delay and Strymon Big Sky for Reverb.

For Acoustic guitar I use a Taylor 816ce.

For Bass I use a Fender American P Bass into a Fender Rumble 150, or direct into the PA system.

For Ukulele I use a Cordoba acoustic electric Tenor Ukulele

What Are You Looking For? What Are You Looking For?

If your church is looking for someone who can perfectly replicate the worship sounds of hillsong, elevation and passion.

Or someone who can nail technically difficult guitar parts that you need to get right for a specific song.

I’m your man.
